Jenn Lofgren, CPHR, MCC
Specializing in Leadership & Executive Coaching, Jenn Lofgren is a Master Certified Coach who becomes a thought-partner for evolving leaders. While leadership coaching is her speciality, the truth is that Jenn doesn’t believe in one-size fits all coaching. Real people simply don’t work that way. Jenn wants leaders to have a positive impact on those around them, which is why she leads from a place of curiosity and choice. Among these accolades, one of her most significant and rewarding accomplishments is volunteering with the Calgary Youth Justice Society, helping to build leaders out of at-risk youth - enhancing their strengths, not weaknesses.

Diane Bonneau, MCC, PMC
Diane Bonneau is a highly-skilled executive coach, professional mentor coach, and facilitator who is passionate about developing people for success. For almost 20 years Diane has been challenging individuals, executives and teams to take risks, develop new skills and become authentic leaders. She routinely works with fast-growing and newly-merged companies of all sizes in industries such as oil & gas, construction, building technology, and finance, facilitating offsite sessions and working with management teams and board of directors to create and execute strategies and solutions to business challenges. Diane has designed and facilitated multi-faceted programs focused on enabling an organization’s cultural transformation.
In 2015, the ICF Executive honoured Diane by establishing the “Diane Bonneau Coach Development Scholarship” to acknowledge and recognize “Diane’s extraordinary contributions to the ICF Calgary Chapter and the coaching community”. She a CoachU Certified Graduate, an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach, and a Professional Mentor Coach, she is also Past-President of the ICF Calgary Chapter and participates in various Global ICF Committees. She has advanced training in team coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship (ORSC).
Joel Wilkinson, M.Sc., R.Psych, PCC
Joel Wilkinson is an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Psychologist. Throughout his career spanning more than 20 years, Joel has worked with thousands of leaders, executives, national team and Olympic athletes, along with other individuals - helping them achieve personal, career and business success. He brings his background as a national team athlete, coach and sports psychologist to his understanding of supporting the development of individual, team and organizational potential. Joel’s approach is to fully understand the unique needs of each organization or individual, to create strong collaborative relationships, and to implement practical and effective solutions to create desired results.
Joel’s background includes an M. Sc. in Applied Psychology from the University of Calgary. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. He is also a sessional professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary, and an adjunct faculty member with the Haskayne Executive Education Program, the Cumming School of Medicine’s Leadership Development Program, the Center for Creative Leadership and the Conference Board of Canada’s Niagara Institute. Joel is accredited in the EQi, EQi-360, Emotional Intelligence for Leadership, Profiler, all of the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 assessment tools, and a wide range of other psychometric instruments.
Bob Nogue, C.A., PCC
Bob’s substantial leadership experience enhances his current roles as a personal coach, facilitator, and trainer. He now works with leaders at all levels to discover what is possible for them and their organizations. Bob brings a practical business approach presented with a warm style and a passionate belief in people’s capabilities.
The majority of Bob’s work career has been in senior financial roles that spanned companies ranging from small local to large multinationals. He has global management and leadership experience in building effective teams to create and maintain sound business processes, support substantial revenue growth and geographical expansion ($300 million to $800 million revenue in 3 years), integrate acquisitions and manage parts of large innovative and leading edge projects like Hibernia. Bob’s integrity, adaptability, tenacity, strategic and analytical skills, coupled with communication and people skills have consistently been considered an integral part of the success of these initiatives.
Bob is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation as well as Chartered Professional Accountant – CPA, CA - Canada and Obtains a Graduate Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute.
Bliss Aime, PCC
Bliss has been coaching leaders to accelerate their growth and develop themselves and their teams for over 15 years. His focus is partnering with leaders and teams to produce great results and challenging them to deliver on two critical elements of leadership success: developing engaged, committed people and creating an organizational environment in which they can excel. He accelerates a leader’s ability to shift their behaviour to address multiple complex realities in healthy, successful ways.
Bliss has 20 years’ experience in senior positions in financial services leading teams in sales, operations and human resources and has provided expertise in strategy, implementation and execution that delivered results. He has worked with companies in Oil & Gas,Technology integration, Municipalities, Arm’s length government organizations, Financial services, Homebuilding & Land development, Tax Law, Real Estate and Economic Development.
The breadth of companies and their unique leadership styles has given him the framework to accelerate leaders’ development in the direction that will be effective for them and their organization. Bob Acton, Ph.D., R.Psych.
Bob has a Ph.D. in Psychology and has successfully worked with leaders at all levels in organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, across industries including oil and gas, education, legal, government, health, administration, and entertainment for over 12 years. He brings a wealth of research-backed knowledge and practice to coaching leaders.
Coaching and consulting in organizations began after successfully operating his own psychology business for 15 years, and helped his team grow over 1200% in a few years. He has built and sold both brick and mortar and online businesses. Bob currently holds an adjunct faculty position at the University of Calgary, as well as a number of certifications and publications and has presented at national and international conferences.
