The Incito Executive Coaching Team
Jenn Lofgren, CPHR, MCC
Specializing in Leadership & Executive Coaching, Jenn Lofgren is a Master Certified Coach who becomes a thought-partner for evolving leaders. While leadership coaching is her speciality, the truth is that Jenn doesn’t believe in one-size fits all coaching. Real people simply don’t work that way. Jenn wants leaders to have a positive impact on those around them, which is why she leads from a place of curiosity and choice. With this, she supports you in uncovering what is holding you back so you can create shifts to become a bold, inspiring, and magnetic leader.
Particularly, leaders who want to lead differently tend to see the greatest results as you are ready to be fearless in your growth, inciting your team to become more effective, engaged, and happier in the workplace. This takes being vulnerable and honest as you and Jenn work together, looking inwards to make positive and tangible changes in both your professional and personal environments.
Jenn is one of 3 Master Certified Coaches in Calgary (out of 54 total Master Certified Coaches in Canada). With over 15 years experience in coaching, mentoring, gap analysis, and strategic development, Jenn has an insatiable drive to learn new concepts, allowing her to understand the bigger picture of leadership, becoming a more impactful and confidential thought partner for your needs.
Jenn is fortunate to be a partner with the Women’s Executive Network, contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council, MBA mentor through the Haskayne School of Business, and named Entrepreneur of the Year through Distinctive Women’s Magazine (2014). Among these accolades, one of her most significant and rewarding accomplishments is volunteering with the Calgary Youth Justice Society, helping to build leaders out of at-risk youth - enhancing their strengths, not weaknesses.
Credentials aside, when not working with inspiring leaders, you can find her being a wife, mom, fearless skier, aspiring golfer, and brand new piano player.
Based in Calgary, Alberta, Jenn works with leaders across the world, inspiring empowered leaders worldwide.

Carolyn Poole, PCC, CCMC
A dynamic and versatile Professional Coach and Consultant, Carolyn coaches leaders and professionals to superior performance through increasing self awareness, focusing on key leadership competencies, leveraging strengths and authentic leadership style, acknowledging and addressing blind spots, and building confidence. She is an enthusiastic, highly organized and ethical professional committed to her clients’ outstanding results.
Carolyn enjoys working with managers and executives who have become leaders because of their exceptional performance and their desire to have a greater impact. When promoted, these leaders often continue to operate in ways that worked well earlier in their career, but that may not serve them to the same degree in new positions with greater breadth and accountability. Effective and inspired leadership at a new level requires acquiring additional knowledge and skills. That’s where consistent coaching with a skilled thought partner can be such a game changer.
As an executive coach, Carolyn uses an inquiry and strengths- based approach to build trust, illuminate blind spots, leverage strengths, and help leaders balance the demands of delivering business results and engaging people. Through her collaborative, dynamic, and transformational approach, clients build capability and confidence and raise the bar on their performance.
