The Leadership Circle Executive Development Program is 27.5 hours in length over a 12 month period. Cost for the program is $15,150/person +taxes. At the end of the program, participants receive a completion certificate.
In this intensive one-to-one executive learning program, participants’ development is assessed using the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment. Unlike other 360° assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile measures two crucial leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, and integrates information in a way that the key areas for development and strengths rise to the surface. Ratings for the leader on competencies and tendencies are reported in terms of their comparison to our global statistical database.
Throughout the program, leaders set personalized learning objectives to apply the program learning objectives to their individual leadership development needs and the context of their organization and role. Participants can expect homework from each session to be applied in the workplace. Progress is assessed quarterly and at program completion including feedback from the executive’s senior leader to ensure learning integration and transfer occurs into the workplace.
