How will this change affect my current services with LeaderSharp?

There will be no changes to the services you currently receive. The same high-quality leadership development services will continue, now with the added benefit of Incito’s expanded capabilities.

Will I continue working with the same Associate?

Yes! You will continue working with your current Associate. There’s no change your existing coaching and training relationships.

How will the change benefit my company or help me achieve my goals?

This change expands our capabilities and enhances the support we can provide. You will now have access to:

  • Access to additional coaches: With the addition of Incito’s team, clients may connect with more individual coaches with a broad and diverse range of business experience, allowing us to match clients with specialists who precisely align with their unique organizational needs.

  • Wide-ranging expertise: Our collective coaching team is now comprehensively certified in premier assessment and development methodologies, including The Leadership Circle®, DiSC®, The Five Behaviours®, and other industry-leading frameworks.

  • Executive team development: Incito specializes in team development, and provides a highly effective “Better Me, Better Us, and Better Business” approach.

Will there be any changes to the terms of our agreement?

No, there will be no changes to the terms of your existing agreement.

Will there be any changes to the invoicing process?

Yes. Going forward, Incito will handle invoicing. Invoices are sent at the end of each month, with the next one scheduled for December 31st.

We will be reaching out to each individual client to discuss the specifics of invoicing, as the details may vary depending on the client. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
