COACH

As a Certified Executive Coach, I bring over 35 years of extensive business, technology and leadership development experience, gained in Canada, the USA and internationally, to my Transformational Leadership and Executive Coaching practice.

I coach from a person centred, systems thinking perspective. My appreciation of the uniqueness of individuals, teams, and businesses, as well as their vision and goals, provides an environment for each coachee to achieve their optimal potential. This philosophy and my conversational partnership approach, combined with my breadth and depth of industry and cultural experiences, ongoing leadership and coaching learning, create the environment for insightful, results driven coaching.

I am a trusted, non-judgmental, non-persuasive listener, and insightful inquirer who maintains space for the coachee, while also holding the coachee firmly to their personal account. I am recognized as a pragmatic, no-nonsense, insightful, and compassionate coach.

Outside of leadership and coaching, I am through all four seasons mostly found outdoors where I enjoy a wide variety of sports. I am also a volunteer, creative arts enthusiast, and reader.
