I believe in taking an integrated approach to developing strong leaders and high-performing teams that execute winning strategies. I understand that leaders are people first and focus on mindset first to unlock creative ways to solve your hard business challenges.

As a Master Certified Coach, I specialize in Leadership and Executive individual and team coaching. While this is my specialty, I don't believe in one-size fits all coaching. I have been recognized for taking a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to coaching and development planning. I partner with high achievers to help them identify and work through the root cause of their challenges —not just the symptoms. I help leaders accept where they are right now, uncover their limiting beliefs and fears, understand what they want next, and then challenge them to make courageous choices.

I am the founder and managing partner of Incito Executive and Leadership Development and I come from a previous background of HR and Technology leading large scale international transformation projects.

I am the author of The Inspired Leader: A Reference Guide and have published more than 75 articles in Forbes. I've also served as a board member for numerous business and non-profit organizations.

Most of my clients are executives and senior leaders in medium to large organizations across North America. I work with leaders who want to become more strategic and elevate their leadership. I support leaders as they work through an existing growth edge.

When I'm not working with inspiring leaders, you can find me being a wife, mom, fair-weather skier, loving great food and then burning it off at the gym.
