COACH AND FACILITATOR

Clint White CEC, CPA, B.Comm, ACC

During my 15-years as a Chief Financial Officer, I led over $2 billion in financing and corporate transactions and played a key role in major business and organizational transformations: some highly successful, and some that provided intense and sometimes difficult learning opportunities. On my journey, a truth was revealed to me: while a sound strategy, technical excellence, and execution are critical, deep personal satisfaction and truly superior business results are only accessible by practicing conscious leadership.

Coaching played an instrumental role in developing and refining my leadership philosophy and practice both as a CFO and now as a Certified Executive Coach. I coach individuals looking to bring new levels of courageous authenticity to their leadership by challenging leaders and their organizations to build cultures that foster trust, teamwork, clarity, and innovation. Drawing on my own experience as a leader, and with an empathetic first-hand understanding of the challenges busy executives face, I inspire people to live deliberately and lead deliberately: making conscious choices to lead their lives and organizations with purpose, vision, and courage. I also love to coach technical professionals looking to evolve from technical or task excellence to true leadership: building relationships, teams, and culture.

I now make my home in Rocky View County northwest of Calgary to feed my goal of maximizing my time spent outdoors hiking, canoeing, camping, skiing, fly fishing, and cycling. I also have a spiritual practice exploring the seemingly opposite arts of yoga and hockey.
