Your current services will remain unchanged. This change enhances Incito’s capabilities, particularly in executive team coaching, which will allow us to provide even greater value and support moving forward.
Will there be any changes to our coaches or points of contact?
No, there will be no changes to your current coaches or points of contact at Incito. You will continue working with the same team, but with the added benefit of increased resources and expertise from our expanded team.
How will the change benefit my company or help me achieve my goals?
This change expands our capabilities and enhances the support we can provide. As a client, you will now have access to:
Additional coaches with diverse market and business experience: LeaderSharp has worked with a wide range of industries, including healthcare, advanced education, finance, and banking. Their team of coaches is also located in multiple cities, including Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Quebec, and Vancouver. This allows us to match clients with specialists who align with their unique professional and organizational needs.
Expanded methodologies and training services: LeaderSharp’s training programs and methodologies include Leadership Circle Profile®, Everything DiSC®, Five Behaviors®, and other industry-leading frameworks.
Multilingual delivery: We now have the capability to deliver services in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. This allows us to engage with clients in their preferred language.
More capacity for Collective Leadership Team Development: With coaches trained in team coaching, this partnership significantly strengthens our ability to expand and innovate in Collective Leadership Team Development and create an even greater impact for leadership teams.
Will there be any changes to the terms of our agreement?
No, there will be no changes to the terms of your existing agreement. Your agreement will continue as is, with the added benefits of the expanded Incito team and resources. Any future adjustments, if necessary, will be communicated to you well in advance.
