I have worked with executives and organizations in a variety of industries across Canada, USA and the Caribbean as a senior leadership consultant since 2015. As a former corporate leader, I understand and appreciate the pressures and complexities of today's working environment. 

As a coach, my approach is to show leaders that they can achieve everything they desire while honoring both themselves and their teams. I know any organization is only as good as its leadership, so I take care to effectively guide leaders to perform at the highest levels possible while maintaining a positive and balanced approach. 

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I held various leadership roles in both the corporate and manufacturing sectors for over 25 years.
