As a Professional Certified Coach, I specialize in Leadership andBusiness Coaching. I am a thought partner, guiding leaders to explore their minds, pinpoint challenges, explore possibilities, and uncover barriers to being their most legendary self, all while challenging them to make brave choices. I believe thoughts become things, and work with people who want to grow, lead, and take risks. I am known as purposefully persistent, highly curious, nimble, solution oriented, and a bringer of energy (with a pinch of fun). I believe in taking a whole-person approach to coaching, because let’s face it: business is personal, and personal is business - neither is isolated. To be a leader worth following, it takes digging deep both personally and professionally to create positive change.

With over 10 years of experience in coaching, facilitating, strategic planning, and business development, I have worked with SME leaders in a variety of industries and businesses: beauty, construction, finance, entertainment, renewable energy, oil and gas, hospitality and non-profit. My desire to help leaders and their organizations operate from a place of purpose, intention and results has me continually adapting and evolving,bringing a unique perspective to coaching, strategy, and action planning.
