What does this change mean for my role?
LeaderSharp has now joined forces with Incito. While there are no immediate changes to your role and your work with our clients will continue as usual, this is an exciting opportunity that brings more resources, support, and the added strength of Incito behind you.
On January 27, 2025, we will make our official public announcement! This exciting news will be shared through a press release and posted on the Incito website, LinkedIn, and in our newsletter. We invite you to celebrate the announcement and help us to spread the news on LinkedIn. You may also update your personal LInkedIn profile at this time.
Will there be any changes to my responsibilities or day-to-day activities?
No, your core responsibilities and day-to-day activities will remain the same, and there should be no disruption to your work. The primary focus is to ensure continuity and enhance the support we provide to our clients.
You’ll also receive onboarding materials soon. We will make sure this transition is as easy, simple as possible, and any changes will be communicated early and clearly.
How will the integration of Incito’s services affect my current projects and clients?
The services you provide to clients will remain the same. Over time, you may see new contracts and opportunities to collaborate more broadly within the Incito team.
How will the integration process be managed and communicated?
The integration is being managed carefully, with clear communication throughout. We are updating our clients and keeping them informed of any logistical changes, such as invoicing, but rest assured, this will not affect your work. The process will be gradual, and our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
What should I tell clients if they ask about the change?
LeaderSharp joining Incito is a positive development that will only enhance the value we bring to them. The same services and the same high level of support they’ve come to expect will continue, but now with the added strength of Incito’s capabilities. Our clients will now gain access to:
