Everything DiSC® Assessment Suite
Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the four DiSC styles: D (Dominance), i (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness). As an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, we offer the full suite of Everything DiSC® assessments and workshops, as well as DiSC certification sub-account setup and support.

According to the DiSC personality model, this style is characterized by a focus on achieving results and being direct and assertive. These individuals are often motivated by challenges, competition, and winning.

In the DiSC assessment tool, individuals who score high in the “i” category are identified by their focus on social interactions and influencing or persuading others. They are enthusiastic and optimistic.
