Authentic Leadership

Leadership has much more to do with character, courage, and conviction, than it does with specific skills or even competencies. It requires wisdom, self-knowledge, and the development of our character at psychological levels. Incito’s Authentic Leadership Workshop focuses on cultivating the mindset for effective leadership. The interactive sessions will address the following objectives:

  • Explore together a model of leadership development (The Leadership Circle) and the implications of Reactive and Creative (Strategic) leadership styles.

  • Understand the path to effective Creative (Strategic) leadership development is vulnerability in a VUCA world. Understand the role of courage and vulnerability in daring leadership.

  • Explore your individual results from a leadership self-assessment to understand where you are in your development.

  • Enhance self-awareness through group exercises focused on applying the concepts to your unique environment.

  • Challenge old definitions and dispel the myths surrounding the concept of vulnerability and leading for the future.
