Lisa Scott PCC

Lisa has a track record of success throughout 27 years of organizational leadership, entrepreneurship, management consulting, and Executive Coaching with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries. Her business background is in change leadership, business growth, organizational effectiveness, strategy, advocacy and policy change, operational efficiency, and leadership team development. She has held senior leadership roles as Director of Operations and Executive Director.

Lisa founded her first Management Consulting practice in 2006 and has worked with clients in industries including oil and gas exploration and service, utilities, agriculture, manufacturing, post-secondary, health, financial, and provincial and federal government.

Lisa co-founded LeaderSharp Group Inc. and has served as its President, COO, and Board Chair. Her true passion lies in coaching and developing leaders.

Lisa is a highly respected and skilled Certified Executive Coach and holds the ICF credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her clients include senior executives, leadership teams, technical leaders, high potential managers, new leaders, and managers in transition. Lisa believes that leadership is a conscious practice and that it takes courage to step into the depth of personal development leaders must commit to in order to lead effectively today.
