I am a strong advocate for building behavioral flexibility in leaders and demonstrating what agility and adaptability look and feel like, enabling them to find solutions to complex business challenges
more easily.

As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, I bring a unique understanding of the critical role organizational culture plays in decision-making, as well as in building, adopting, and communicating strategy. With over 20 years of experience in executive HR roles—including leading Learning & Development, Risk & Compliance, and Internal & External Communications—I am well-versed in numerous disciplines, offering reassurance to many
of my executive clients. Now, as a Professional Certified Coach, I specialize in Leadership Development and Executive and Team Coaching. I have been recognized as a Coach and Facilitator who leaves clients feeling “inspired rather than instructed” to be, think, and do things differently. I partner with executives to build their confidence, amplify their voice, and make a tangible difference in Their teams and organizations. With a strong corporate background and extensive training in neurolinguistic programming and human behavior, I challenge leaders to lead without limitations.

Most of my clients are executives and senior leaders in medium to large organizations across North America. I work with leaders who have a strong desire to add value, become influential and make an immediate impact on business results – and to do so with their wellbeing in mind.

I have published articles in Fast Company and Business Insider, I’ve been interviewed on several award-winning podcasts, and have been a featured leadership contributor and guest on Breakfast Television in Toronto, Canada. Outside of work, I am passionate about hiking, running, spending time with my husband and kids, reading, writing, and traveling.
