This interactive session will address the following objectives:
Awaken your self-awareness as you learn practical ways to notice what triggers everyday drama
Create a foundation and language for working with others in a trusting, empowered, and innovative way
Learn how to shift into more empowering ways of relating to others, especially during drama and relational tension
Gain knowledge of frameworks, tools, and principles for building a more resilient and trusting culture
Identify reactive drama roles and learn to shift to more empowering and effective ways of leading
Increase capacity to lead change – personally and professionally
Increased confidence and clarity in decision making
Show up to work and other areas of life with less stress and more ease
Create a plan to apply the 3VQs and TED*
Deepen understanding of self, work style and others with a precise, personalized assessment profile based on DiSC

Participants who complete the full 24-hour program receive a completion certificate. Programs are delivered in classroom format with a blend of instruction, participant exercises and breakout group discussions. Participants are assessed pre-program and through program exercises.
